This is intended to exercise the new virtual eSPI/PCC addition to qemu for our custom
ecmachine.A separate change to the ec test-cli app allows for the app to send a basic command + payload (in this case, just a PING command with an arbitrary number) through the ectest driver through the Windows PCC interface through the virtual eSPI bus (over peripheral channel) to the EC (which is processed by this task).
This task then replies PONG by updating the shared memory, notifying the host via vwire, and the host then sends a peripheral channel read (which gets handled behind the scenes by qemu).
Right now only really testing PCC type 3, type 4 functionality might be added later when we actually need it (though type 4 is supported in qemu).
